We are so excited to bring healthy fast food to the COR in Ramsey, MN! We offer amazingly delicious smoothies and teas, protein coffee, snacks and so much more! We have met so many incredible customers in the short time we have been open, and we look forward to supporting the community as we grow.

You won't believe the variety of flavors we have to choose from! Our shakes contain 21 essential vitamins and minerals, 24 grams of plant-based protein, and 200-250 calories, and are a full meal replacement!

Carri and Steve love the community here at Sunwood! This is actually their second nutrition hub, as they opened Sunrise Nutrition in North Branch in November 2022. You will usually see Steve's smiling face behind the bar, but Carri makes an occasional appearance too! They love helping educate people on health and nutrition, and they are motivating and inspiring health coaches too!
